The most important outcome for Remtek is your success. Student feedback has always been an important part of our entire process. It allows us to adjust and improve our services and keep you involved in the development of the business.
We are here first and foremost to solve your problems and help you get the most out of your assistive technology.
This week we are delighted to announce that we reached 300 google reviews, with an impressive average score of 4.9!
Why reviews are important to Remtek
After every setup and training session, our engineers and trainers request feedback, which is submitted via our own website or google reviews. Google reviews are a great part of the feedback process. These reviews highlight to us how we can better support you.
We’ve also used your feedback to expand our ergonomics offer and developed the ergonomics arm of the business; Remtek Workplace. Our dedicated ergonomic assessors are here to help ensure that your workstation is as comfortable for you as possible. We take the time to work with you to make sure you are comfortable and confident with your software. Here are some of the lessons we’ve learnt from your feedback:
Being nervous is normal
Most students are nervous about their first training session and some even put off sessions due to anxiety. Nerves are completely normal. Our trainers will ensure you feel as comfortable as possible throughout the session; many themselves have been in your shoes. You’re not alone!
There’s no rush
All of our training sessions are delivered at a speed that works for you. If you have any questions or want to recap on a specific area, we are happy to take the time to get it right for you.
Breaks are an important part of the process
We understand that there can be a lot of information to take in and you may need time to process the training. Our trainers build breaks into the process and always check with you throughout the session if you need extra time to get your head around anything.
No question is silly
Please don’t feel as though any question is silly. Chances are there is another student feeling exactly the same as you and we can use your questions to create helpful information for future. Ask away, we’re here to help!
